The report describes how the project determined the appropriate level of the new higher level pathway. The three models that emerged from the discussions for a new Certificate V, higher level pathway and the series of competencies identified by employers are described. The report outlines the development and accreditation of the new course, to be delivered in a pilot program in the near future.
